So it’s been a busy couple of weeks since my last blog, lots of cool stuff as well!
Firstly Spring appears to have finally sprung and the garden is starting to fill with colour – better late than never! This is the first year in our new house, and I’ve spent much of the winter pulling out tons of ivy, cow parsley and weeds and I’ve created a vegetable plot so it’s been great to get out there with the kids, planting potatoes and onions and we’re really looking forward to watching them grow over the next couple of months.
I was also very excited to have been asked to be involved in a feature for the first ever print edition of the Wymondham Magazine, which involved a photo shoot over at Ketts Park with my first two recruits, and with one a big old Staffie and the other an ickle French Bulldog pup so it really was a case of little and large – it’s due out in May so can’t to see how it looks.
And the best thing that has happened is that I’ve got some new buddies to play with! As well as the little Frenchie I’ve been taking out for the past couple of weeks this morning I got to take Sam, an absolutely gorgeous ten-month old Labrador pup out for his walkies for the first time – and what a beautiful day for it as well! He’s ten month old, totally bonkers and full of puppy playfulness so I’m sure we’re going to have lots of fun!
I’ve got another couple of doggies to meet with their owners for a free introductory chat next week as well so I’m starting to gather a nice little team of recruits, exciting times!
